National Children’s Dental Health Month
During the month of February, The American Dental Association celebrates National Children’s Dental Health Month. This month-long national health observance reinforces the importance of oral health in children as well as helps parents with tips to keep their child’s smile on track!
Developing good oral health habits at an early age and visiting our office regularly help children get a great start on a lifetime of healthy teeth and gums. Tooth decay remains the most common chronic childhood disease.
Keeping up with daily oral care and regular dental visits at least twice a year for an oral examination and professional cleanings are steps to take towards a happier and healthier mouth! Setting the foundation for your child early in life will set your child up for success in the future.
