This information will help you better maintain the dental health of youself and your family. The American Dental Association page provides a Patient Education Library in the form of articles and videos on the most popular topics in dentistry. Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we are accepting new patients and welcome you to our practice.

Q.

Do you see young children?

A.

Yes, we do see young children and recommend you bring your child along on one of your dental checkup visits.  We want your child to feel welcome and seeing a parent in the dental chair can be reassuring.

What are your office hours?

A.

We are open Mondays through Thursdays and have varying hours including early morning and late evenings available.

Q.

What if I have an emergency during hours that your office is closed?

A.

Just call our office and our answering service will contact the dentist who will return your call and if necessary meet you at the dental office.

Does your office accept credit cards as payment?

A.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards:  American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa.

Is there a courtesy if I pay my balance in full at the time of treatment?

A.

Yes, we offer a 5% courtesy for all treatment paid in full prior to or at the time of completion of treatment.  This treatment must be paid in either cash or by check.

Does your office offer payment plans?

A.

Yes, we offer third party financing through CareCredit healthcare credit card.  This card offers No Interest if Paid in Full Within 6 or 12 months depending upon the level of treatment.  No interest will be charged on your purchase if you pay the purchase amount in full within the 6 or 12 month promotional period.  If not paid within this period, you will be charged on the total amount of your purchase starting from the original purchase date.

Does your office accept my dental insurance?

A.

We accept most dental plans and are in network with several plans.  There are a few dental plans that will pay the patient directly if the dentist is not in their network.  As a courtesy to our patients, we will gladly file the dental claims for all patients.  Since there are so many different plans and level of benefits offered to patients from their employers or insurance brokers, we ask you present your insurance information to us so that we may determine the benefits available to you.
